So here’s the tea on me…
I'm all about helping beauty brand owners take their businesses to the next level. I've been in love with the world of business since I was just nine years old, and that passion has never faded.
Today, I'm not your average business coach. I am a strategist, marketing maven, and time management ninja all wrapped up into one. My mission is to help ambitious beauty owners like you rewrite the script of your business DNA and catapult your brand to the top of your industry and eliminating your competition!
After graduating with a degree in Marketing from THEE Jackson State University, I spent over 10 years working with ore than 550 businesses in over 30 different industries, including beauty. I helped these businesses generate more than $5.9 million in additional revenue, working with 6, 7, and 8 figure brands at the corporate level.
But eventually, I decided it was time to start a beauty brand of my own. I pured everything I had into that brand, and after just a year and a half, I had grown it to six figures in revenue. Unfortunately a misaligned relationship with my business partner forced me to walk away from the company and pursue other avenues of entrepreneurship.
I know what it's like to be where many of you are right now, pushing to create a brand that truly resonates with your audience yet feels in alignment with who you are and gives you freedom. When I first started my own beauty brand back in 2015, I had amazing products and was gaining traction, but I knew I could be doing more. I tried all the things I thought would work, but I was just all over the place, spinning my wheels, wasting time and money.. I was a tired of the hustle and while I had achieved some success own my own, I couldn't figure out how to duplicate my results.

That’s when one day it hit me…
I realized that the same strategies, processes, and techniques I had used with million-dollar brands in the corporate world could work for my own business, just on a smaller scale. I dug in, developed a process and framework, and started testing it out on myself and other small business owners.
I knew there had to be a way to duplicate what I was doing at the corporate level for smaller businesses who didn't have a 50K marketing budget, but still deserved to see massive success..

It worked! It changed the entire trajectory of my business and future businesses I started to date. It also helped to change many of my clients both at the corporate level and in my time coaching as a freelancer testing strategies out for free or almost free to make sure my framework worked no matter the business type no matter the industry. That's when I knew I had found my true calling: helping small business. I eventually narrowed it down and realized I was mean to help beauty brand owners like you take their businesses to new heights every day.
Since starting CEO Charm School (formerly The Ambition Academy) in 2020, I've had the privilege of serving over 100 amazing brand owners through our services and products.
